Founded by Chef Nobu Matushisa, actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper, Nobu, the world’s most recognized Japanese restaurant, known for its innovative new-style cuisine paired with a hip crowd and celebrity following, has opened a unique pop-up concept to Jeddah’s summer corniche crowd until July 18, part of Jeddah Season.
Designed by Design Lab Experience, Nobu Jeddah is a contemporary setting situated at the end of the pier on Jeddah Waterfront, offering unprecedented, breathtaking 360-degree views of the Red Sea.
Guests are welcome to enjoy Nobu’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Salmon New Style Sashimi and Rock Shrimp Tempura. The contemporary Japanese cuisine is prepared by an international team, led by Nobu Corporate Chef Herve Courtot and includes Le Cordon Bleu-certified Saudi Chef Lama Aljahdali. The remainder of the team is a collaboration of Nobu Restaurants Worldwide and includes talent from Monte Carlo, Los Angeles, Dubai, South Africa, Malaysia and Riyadh.
